Ben was a great guide. I appreciated the extra in depth experience with changing of the guards and history of Buckingham Palace. I did not realize there was more to see that just the exchange at the Palace and I am happy to have seen more.

We were lucky and wound up being the only people registered for the tour, so we essentially had a private tour. Ben was funny, knowledgeable and entertaining. It was great to take a tour that had more colorful stories about London history. Highly recommended.

We decided to take a tour as although we'd been to London many times we wanted to learn more. It certainly didn't disappoint, Ben our tour guide was really friendly, fun and informative.
This tour showed us parts of London we had been to but not paid much attention to. Also some unexpected surprises. I would highly recommend this to anyone thinking of taking a tour and getting some orientation of the heart of London.
Once again thanks to Ben for being such a great guide.

Thank you so much for all your help in planning for my birthday dinner at the Charles Dickens Museum on Saturday. Due to the glorious weather we were even able to use the courtyard garden.
In particular I would like to thank Ben Nolan for his illuminating and entertaining tour of the Museum. All the guests told me how much they enjoyed his anecdotes and the opportunity to have an experienced guide give such an interesting glimpse into the life of the great man

I work in Somerset House and I'm in Coven Garden ALL the time. It was fantastic to discover all the quirky little secrets of the streets I walk through every day. Ben was a very good guide. Would definitely recommend.

My wife and I visited the Dickens Museum today and then joined the "Twists & Turns: Explore the places that inspired Oliver Twist with Ben Nolan" for London History Day.The museum is small but perfectly formed and fully of fascinating Dickensian treats. The walk we then went on was a wonderful mix of Oliver Twist, wider Dickensian trivia and broader sociopolitical facts of London. Ben Nolan was superb.
Our thanks to him and the museum.

This tour started from Covent Garden and ended in Trafalgar Square. It followed a meandering route of about 2 miles in about one and a half hours. Ben was an excellent guide and led us past some really interesting and unusual locations which he described very wittily and with enthusiasm. All in all, a most enjoyable experience.

A great Christmas gift we really enjoyed the tour. So much information presented by Ben in a friendly jovial way. We were in a group of 10 and everyone seemed to be glad to be on this tour. We have already recommended it to friends and hope to return for another walking tour in the future.
