If you’d like to take a stroll through history, from the very place where London began right through to the present day, then this is the tour for you!

We tell you the stories and show you the sites of the most significant events in the history of the City of London, from the arrival of the Romans, through the Great Fire of London and the Blitz, to today’s modern City at the heart of the financial world.

Among the fascinating places you will see and hear about along the way are:

where the Romans founded London and the impact their arrival had

the places the Great Fire of London began and ended

medieval streets and buildings, including the stunning 15th century Guildhall

the fabulous Victorian market that features in a Harry Potter film

beautiful tranquil hidden gardens

the world famous Old Bailey criminal court

…..and so much more!

We go right through the heart of the Financial City with its iconic buildings so familiar to the London skyline, see Sir Christopher Wren’s London and his beautiful churches, and finish outside Wren’s most famous and fabulous creation of all – St Paul’s Cathedral, where you can catch your breath and reflect on all you’ve seen in one of the many cafes, bars or restaurants  around the area.
